TERMS AND CONDITIONS
· Any cancellations or reschedules of a photo shoot session requires a minimum 72 hour notice, failure to do so may incur additional charges.
· Any no shows will forfeit the full session fee.
· If the photo shoot has to be cancelled by Retro Portraits and cannot be rescheduled, we will provide you with a full refund of the session fee.
Returns and Refund Policy
· All sales are final and no refunds given for change of mind once the order has been placed with our suppliers.
· If the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect through no fault of your own we will do everything in our power to make it right for you. If for some reason this is not possible we will provide you with a refund.
· Where a refund is due, this will be processed onto the credit or debit card that was used to make the original purchase or via Paypal/Stripe/Square within 3 working days from the date the returned goods are received.
· Session fees used to book a photo shoot can be fully refunded if you provide us at least 72 hours notice.
· The photo shoot can be rescheduled at no charge if you give us at least 72 hours notice. We will do our best to reschedule the photo shoot to an alternate date.
· Any unused credit can only be redeemed by applying to orders in accordance with the type of credit. e.g. wall art credit can only be used for wall art , album credit for albums.
· Gift certificates/vouchers are neither refundable nor redeemable for cash. Gift certificates are redeemable only towards the products or services as stated on the gift certificate/voucher.
· Gift certificates/vouchers may be transferred to a third party.
· Only one Gift certificate/voucher may be used per session.

· A 50% deposit is required at the viewing session for any order placed. The remaining balance is to be paid on or before the collection of your order.
· Delivery times vary depending on the products chosen. As a guide our albums take about 4 weeks for delivery and our framed prints about 3 weeks.
· If there are any delays with your order, we will keep you informed of the new delivery date.
· We offer payment plans and fees apply for providing this service.
· If you would like us to ship the order to you, a shipping charge will apply. Please allow 1 week within Australia for your order to arrive after it has been dispatched.
